After spending several years working in the hospital environment, as well as for a major healthcare software vendor, in 1991 he founded NOMISe, a progressive healthcare consulting and software development company specializing in healthcare cost accounting. As Founder and CEO, Dave grew the company providing cost accounting services to over 200 healthcare organizations across the country.
In 2014, Dave merged NOMISe with Healthcare Insights, LLC., and as Managing Partner & Chief Growth Officer, Dave was instrumental in the sale of Healthcare Insights to Premier, Inc. in 2015, where he served as the Vice President of Financial Decision Support for 3 years.
Throughout his career, Dave has been a visionary and thought-leader in the healthcare cost accounting space and has made several presentations on healthcare cost accounting strategies
Doug brings over 30 years of healthcare cost accounting and financial decision support experience to bear on client engagements. He has previously worked in a variety of organization types, from healthcare providers, to software vendors, to boutique and Big 3 consulting service firms.
Doug is a national thought-leader on cost accounting in healthcare, having assisted over 200 organizations develop and refine their cost accounting processes. Doug’s intimate knowledge of hospital operations helps clients quickly reach optimal use of cost accounting information.
Rob brings 20 years of healthcare supply chain, data management, ERP deployment, and enterprise analytics support experience to his role as a healthcare management consultant.
Rob has a unique combined experience of over 15 years in key executiveleadership and strategy roles at all three major healthcare Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's). He served in a range ofVice President roles that included Strategic Client Management, New Client Implementation delivery, Master Data Management and Services, ERP Technical Services, Member Analytic Services, Member Sales, and Supply Chain Consulting.
